What is Disney+ Perks?
Disney+ Perks refers to occasional bonus offers and opportunities which may be offered to Disney+ subscribers by Disney from time to time. Those opportunities extend outside of streaming into other divisions of Disney’s business including cinema, stage performances, merchandise, theme parks and even sports experiences via ESPN. They can be as big as the chance to win a trip to Disneyland Resort, down to an everyday experience, such as a double pass to see a Disney favourite at your local cinema.
The frequency, nature and number of any such perks is at Disney’s absolute discretion and may be varied, cancelled or withdrawn by Disney at any time without notice. Competitions, offers and promotions are subject to additional T&Cs.

I am a Disney+ subscriber. Why haven't I received any Perks?

How do I redeem a Perk?
That will depend on the type of Perk. For giveaways and promotions, you will be required to complete an entry form for the chance to win. Typically, for offers and discounts, you will be given a coupon code that can be redeemed online when you buy. Each Perk is subject to its own T&Cs.
How will I know if I have won a Perk?
For certain Perks, you’ll be asked to provide contact details with your entry so that Disney can contact you if you are a winner, and arrange for your prize to be delivered to you.
What if I win tickets to an event in another state?
In some cases, interstate winners for premiere events will receive flights and accommodation as part of their prize. If applicable, Disney representatives will arrange the flight and accommodation on the winners’ behalf. Please read the T&Cs attached to the relevant Perk for full details and eligibility requirements.
What happens if I can't accept a Perk?
Some Perks, particularly invitation-only events, are scheduled on specific dates. If winners are unable to attend, the prize is forfeited and another winner is selected. Perks are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods and cannot be sold or transferred.
