What is a Polyphonic or True Tone ringtone?
A. A ringtone is a melody played by your mobile phone
when an incoming call is received.
Polyphonic ringtones play several notes simultaneously,
so the ringtone has a much richer sound of the melody.
A True Tone is an ever higher quality melody again
and
has a more life-like sound. Please check that your
mobile phone is compatible to receivetrue tone
ringtones before you attempt to use this service.

phone?
A. Before you can download anything you will first need
to make sure your WAP settings are configured and working
correctly on your mobile phone. If you are unsure, please

Optus etc) for assistance.
To

the ringtone code via SMS to 1999 1669. You will receive
a reply message which you will need to open by clicking
on the ‘Show’ or ‘View’ option
on your mobile phone (some mobiles may have a different
name for this option). When you open the message the
ringtone will be downloaded to your mobile phone. Make
sure you save the ringtone by clicking on the ‘Save’
option.
Note: The saving procedure varies from one handset to
another.

How much does it cost to download a ringtone?
