All Disney Movie Rewards accounts have been closed and any unspent points have been deleted since they cannot be transferred to My Disney. If you had a Disney Movie Rewards account with unspent points that expired on 12 December 2013 and you would like to discuss your account, or if you have a query about an outstanding Disney Movie Rewards redemption, please contact the Customer Service team by email at disneymovierewards@3ps.com.au or by phone at 1800 064 640 (9am to 5pm AEDT/AEST).

It is no longer possible to register Magic Codes for Disney Movie Rewards points. However, if you have purchased a product containing a Disney Movie Rewards flyer with a unique magic code, Disney is happy to offer you a one-time opportunity to exchange your code for a free DVD or Blu-Ray™. Terms and conditions apply; please read them carefully.

To access the offer, you must be an Australian or New Zealand resident aged 13 or older and you will need to log in or register with My Disney. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in or register with My Disney on your desktop or tablet.

  2. Once you have logged in you will be shown step-by-step instructions on how to redeem this offer. It is quick, easy and free.
  3. Once you have submitted your claim, please allow 28 days for your selected title to arrive.
  1. Ensure your home address has been entered and is correct by clicking the ‘My Profile’ button on the My Disney page.

  2. Then send an email to support@disney.com.au with ‘Disney Movie Rewards’ in the subject line. In the email itself confirm your name, the title you’d like to claim, the names of the DVDs in which you found your Magic Codes and the Codes themselves. If the email is sent from a different email account to the one you registered with, please quote the registered email address in the email too.

    If you have one Magic Code you can select one ‘Bronze’ title; two Codes earn you a ‘Silver’ title; three Codes count towards a ‘Gold’ title. Review the terms and the available movies.
